Do you know what their benefits are for our body? Pine needles are always fresh and fragrant and are available to us throughout the year. Our ancients used them for various purposes, for alleviating respiratory problems, alleviating joint pain, and even as a spice to supplement food. Pine needles contain a large amount of vitamin A and vitamin C and have a positive effect on our immune system. Syrups, salves, essential oils are made from them, and today we bring you a recipe for making tea from pine needles. Pine needle tea has a very pleasant taste and smell. It is prepared very simply and quickly. Take the tip of a twig with about twenty needles, clean it and boil it in half a liter of water until it boils. Da li znate kakve su njihove blagodeti na nas organizam? Borove iglice su uvjek svježe i mirisne i dostupne su nam tokom citave godine. Naši stari su ih koristili za različite namjene, za ublazavanje respiratornih problema, ublazavanje bolova u zglobovima, cak i kao začinsko bilje kao dodatak hrani. Borove iglice sadrže veliku količinu vitamina A i vitamina C i pozitivno djeluju na nas imuni sistem. Od njih se prave sirupi, melemi, etericna ulja a mi Vam danas donosimo recept za pripremu caja od borovih iglica. Čaj od borovih iglica veoma je prijatnog ukusa i mirisa. Priprema se veoma jednostavno i brzo. Uzmite vrh grančice s dvadesetak iglica, properite ga i kuvajte u pola litra vode, dok ne proključa. If you didn’t, this winter is a perfect chance to do it. Be careful, it is easy to fall in love with walking on deep snow! Snowshoeing is a form of hiking and in appropriate conditions is a relatively safe and inexpensive recreational activity. There are no special skills required for this activity and it is really easy to learn. The only preconditions are good health condition and adequate winter clothes for being out in the nature. Enjoyment starts when you experience the silence of pine and spruces forests and when mountain guides show you an amazing winter views and landscapes. This activity is available for all ages and a perfect activity for team building. Durmitor mountain is perfect for snowshoeing. It offers many possibilities to go snowshoeing usually between December and April, when level of snow is big enough. Dostupna je svim uzrastima i kao takva savrsena za team building. Durmitor je savršen za krpljanje. Nudi mnogo mogućnosti za hodanje po snijegu obično između decembra i aprila kada je visina snijega dovoljno velika.
